30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Purelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen:

Reach out to us and we will do our best to assist, but refunds are not guaranteed
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
