Shipping times vary depending on your location and current order volume. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

PurelIe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons or global logistics disruptions

These factors are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Purelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • Contact your local carrier immediately

  • Reach out to our support team and we will assist where possible

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • The responsibility of the customer

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost
